I shoveled snow for the first time. Robert shoveled at 4:30 this morning. From then until now, there was another 6 inches to shovel. Good times. It was fun and all of the neighbors were out too, but they all had snow throwers. Think that might make a great Father's Dad gift this year.

is that what they call them in ohio? "snow throwers?" in mn/ia they are usually snow BLOWERS! HA.... this has been an abnormally snowy year for my parents...they've gotten stuck several times in their driveway and had to blow it out...
Umm, no, I'm just a moron...they are in fact snow blowers. I just didn't the right word. Still adjusting here. :-)
I am like Nicole, I had to giggle at snow throwers. :p Even this Georgia girl knows they are snow blowers. LOL! My ILs always try to get me to run theirs when we go to MI. No thanks! ;)
Well, I think they should be called snow throwers. I read that and thought "How cool! I always thought they were snow blowers, but snow throwers just sounds way better!" I think you've coined a new term!
Soooooooo, are snow blowers/throwers on clearance or sale in June? Hard to think of snow when the weather warms up. Of course, it won't warm up nearly as quickly there as it does here.
I'm thinking that they have to go on clearance some time. They don't plant their gardens until May here, so June might be a little late, maybe in April when they have to get gardening stuff back out for sale.
