Well potty training was short lived. After the third accident in one hour, I put the diaper back on. I just have too much to juggle to keep that up to. Oh well, she'll figure it out eventually. It isn't like she is going off to a school that requires, like alot of my friends. I'll just keep the grocery bill down so we can afford diapers.

In other news, this weather is fun. We got 6 inches of snow overnight and are expecting about that much today. I'm going to try and shovel some so Robert can get in the driveway when he gets home. Hope that works out. Right now it is colder in Coleman and Dallas than here. That is crazy!

Hey, if you wait until she is almost four she'll just train herself! LOL We've finally had success with Nathan. He's a child that just needed time and to do it his way. If I had started younger we might not have had issues, but now that we're past it I know it doesn't ultimately matter. Maybe when it's a little warmer there you can try again. Nathan is now trying to potty train Benjamin. We'll see how that goes! LOL

Just do it for a few hours a day and WHEN you have the energy. I took the 6 month approach with both my girls and it was fine. If you can, it is good to set aside one whole day in the beginning to get the idea ingrained, but even if you can't, taking it slowly works.

Isn't the third one a whoozy?

Well, I had a daughter who was strong willed and knew I couldn't make her do it. I tried and 2 and 2 1/2, 3 and she refused. I gave up and told her she could wear diapers to kindergarten (not very sympathetic). She didn't care. At the ripe old age of 3 1/2 (almost to the day) she woke up and told me she wanted to wear big girl panties and the rest is history. We never had an accident. And...you know how sweet she is today ;-)
